"So I was looking for some new insurance and I found a State Farm office and the representative James helped me I called Around to places like progressive and progressive had a better price however their customer service was horrible and I absolutely love James customer service so I let James know. Hey they had a lower price. Is there anything you can Without James asking me 1000 questions he said yes I’ll see what I could do He made some changes and he got pretty close to the progressive pricing however, even if he didn’t, I would’ve still went with him because he had the best customer service. It was very easy-going calming. I can get you this. Explain everything nothing like the progressive rep who was extremely unprofessional did not seem to know anything about insurance and she didn’t care to keep a customer. I didn’t even get a follow up email or text. I wasn’t comfortable with some of the questions that the progressive rep asked However, some of the questions James had were a little bit more invasive, but he had such good customer service that i did not get frustrated or have an attitude. I didn’t have a problem answering his questions because of his great customer service. James even followed up with text messages and calls and worked around my schedule. It was awesome."
